NGE-TFT conducted a geotechnical evaluation of two separate sites to characterize subsurface conditions (which included marginal/warm permafrost) and develop foundation recommendations for the proposed structure. As a part of the foundation design effort, NGE-TFT conducted thermal monitoring at the selected site to evaluate the condition of the permafrost.
