This project involved the construction of a 5-story building with pre-stressed reinforced concrete, designed to provide long-term structural integrity and resilience. In addition, a separate 2-story post-tensioned parking garage was built to accommodate parking needs. NGE-TFT provided comprehensive special inspections for all structural elements, including the pre-stressed and post-tensioned components. Our team also performed extensive testing on concrete, soils, and asphalt to ensure that materials met the required specifications and industry standards for safety, durability, and performance throughout the construction process.
