The Anchorage Native Primary Care Center Parking Garage is a 173,000 sq. ft., 5-story post-tensioned concrete structure designed to meet the growing parking needs of the facility. NGE-TFT played a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of the project by performing all required special inspections of the structural components, including the post-tensioned concrete elements. In addition, our team conducted extensive testing on concrete, soils, and asphalt to verify that the materials met project specifications and industry standards. Our comprehensive oversight helped ensure that the parking garage was built to the highest standards of quality and durability.
