The Anchorage Rental Car Center is a state-of-the-art 4-story post-tensioned concrete parking structure designed to accommodate a large volume of rental vehicles while offering a variety of supporting services. In addition to the main parking facility, the project features two stand-alone steel structures, four exterior ramps, an exterior fueling station, and three interior car washes, providing comprehensive services for rental car operations. NGE-TFT was responsible for performing all special inspections of the structural elements, including the post-tensioned concrete and steel components. Our team also conducted thorough testing of concrete, soils, and asphalt to ensure all materials met required specifications and standards for strength, safety, and durability. This rigorous oversight ensured the successful and safe completion of the facility.
