Park Plaza II is a 6-story mixed-use building featuring a concrete basement, structural steel beams and columns for the first two floors, and wood framing for the top four floors. NGE-TFT conducted special inspections of all structural elements and performed testing on concrete, soils, and asphalt to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
