The Regal 16 Theatre is a 101,000 sq. ft., multi-level concrete and steel structure designed to provide a modern cinema experience. NGE-TFT played a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of the project by performing comprehensive structural and civil inspections throughout the construction process. This included detailed inspections of the concrete foundation, steel framework, and other essential structural components. In addition to structural inspections, our team also conducted materials testing for concrete, soils, and asphalt to verify that all materials met the necessary specifications and quality standards. This thorough oversight contributed to the successful completion of the project, ensuring a safe and durable facility for public use.
