This 3-story braced frame steel structure, featuring concrete footings and concrete slabs on metal decking and the grade, was developed for Venture Development. NGE-TFT conducted comprehensive special inspections, covering the steel framework, welding, concrete, and spray-applied fireproofing. Our inspections ensured that all materials and construction methods met the highest safety and quality standards, contributing to the project’s successful execution.
