Eklutna Estates is a 92,000 sq. ft., 4-story assisted living facility designed to provide high-quality living spaces for residents while incorporating modern construction techniques. The building features a combination of concrete, post-tensioned concrete, and wood framing, creating a durable and energy-efficient structure. NGE-TFT played a key role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of the project, providing comprehensive oversight of the construction process. This included conducting special inspections of the concrete and post-tensioned elements, as well as overseeing the wood framing to ensure compliance with industry standards. The project was designed to meet the specific needs of the residents while maintaining the highest standards of safety and comfort.
