NGE-TFT was contracted to provide geotechnical evaluation for the design of the proposed health center and associated parking area. Final geotechnical engineering recommendations for the site were developed based on preliminary subsurface explorations conducted at the site, which identified the presence of permafrost within the proposed building footprint and resulted in a re-configuration of the site design. NGE-TFT also provided construction oversight during the foundation construction and cut/fill activities at the site.
